Job title: IT infrastructure Analyst (Disaster Recovery)- level 3<br />Location: London (2/3 days per week onsite)<br />Contract: 6 months with possible extension<br />Rate: highly competitive<br />Status: inside IR35<br />Working pattern:

Occasional out-of-hours or weekend work for Disaster Recovery and resilience testing.

Why This Role Exists TRR is currently resource constrained and struggling to meet demand<br />Testing, reporting, and documentation activities are manual and delayed<br />Increasing requirements from Operational Resilience, BCM, Cyber, and regulatory<br />frameworks<br />Need to improve audit readiness, control evidence, and resilience maturity<br />TRR supported 17 recovery testing events across EMEA in 2025, increasing to<br />approximately 19 in 2026, with current resource constraints leading to delays in reporting, remediation tracking, and increased audit exposure.

Role Summary Technology Resilience &amp; Recovery (TRR) Analyst provides operational support to the TRR function in coordinating IT recovery testing, maintaining recovery documentation, and supporting resilience governance activities.

The role contributes to ensuring effective response to IT disruptions and compliance with regulatory expectations.

Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience Operations experience - it infrastructure support - understanding in networking and database<br />Experience in Disaster Recovery and operational resilience<br />Broad understanding for IT infrastructure - level 3 support.<br />Experienced creating, reviewing or maintaining runbook and technical document.<br />Strong documentation and administrative skills.<br />Good communication skills with the confidence to chase stakeholder for update.<br />Supporting Disaster Recovery and Operational Resilience initiatives.<br />Reviewing and improving DR procedures and recovery documentation.<br />Coordinating resilience testing and disaster recovery exercises.<br />Working with infrastructure, application and service teams to validate recovery plans.<br />Managing and maintaining operational runbooks and technical documentation.<br />Tracking actions and ensuring documentation remains up to date.<br />Liaising with stakeholders across multiple technology teams.<br />Supporting regulatory and governance requirements relating to Operational Resilience and Disaster Recovery.<br />Helping improve resilience processes across critical business services.<br />Strong organisational and documentation skills<br />Basic IT infrastructure understanding<br />Desirable:<br />Exposure to DR/BC or resilience<br />Familiarity with COBIT or ISO standards<br />ServiceNow experience Key Responsibilities IT Recovery Testing Support<br />Assist in planning and coordinating IT recovery and scenario-based testing exercises<br />Support execution of recovery tests (including weekend activities where required)<br />Track test progress, capture outcomes, and ensure actions are documented<br />Collect and organise validation evidence following tests Documentation &amp; Runbook Management<br />Maintain and update IT recovery plans, procedures, and runbooks<br />Support consolidation of fragmented documentation into standardised formats<br />Ensure documents are version-controlled and accessible during disruption scenarios<br />Assist in building a centralised repository of recovery artefacts Reporting &amp; Metrics<br />Produce post-test and post-incident reports using standard templates<br />Track remediation actions, risks, and issues raised from tests or incidents<br />Support development and maintenance of KPIs/KRIs for IT recovery<br />Assist with trend analysis across incidents and test outcomes Risk &amp; Control Support<br />Assist in maintaining IT resilience controls and evidencing compliance activities<br />Support periodic review of TRR-owned controls (e.g.
