Job Summary (List Format):
- Requires 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML or data-centric sectors
- Deep knowledge of machine learning lifecycles, LLMOps, vector databases (RAG), and model evaluation frameworks
- Proficient in Python or SQL for analyzing production logs
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) or observability tools such as Arize AI or Gainsight
- Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level relationships and lead strategic whiteboarding sessions to align AI capabilities with business goals
- Excellent communication skills
