Technical Writer with AI implementation or integration (Only Visa Independent Candidate/W2)

• 12+ month contract opportunity for a Technical Writer supporting an enterprise AI initiative
• Hybrid schedule based in Egg Harbor, NJ (onsite with 2 days remote per week)
• Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for AI tools and processes
• Develop training materials covering both general AI concepts and specific platforms such as Microsoft Copilot
• Produce content in multiple formats, including written guides, PowerPoint presentations, and interactive training materials
• Leverage AI tools to help create and enhance training content and documentation
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand materials for end users
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Support adoption efforts by creating engaging communication and training resources
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms is preferred but not required

Ideal Background:

• Technical writing experience supporting IT, software, or AI-related initiatives
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Experience creating training materials beyond Word (PowerPoint, digital tools, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in emerging technologies
