We're hiring on behalf of a distinguished partner in the transportation sector, seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to drive critical infrastructure projects. The Role

• Ensure project delivery excellence regarding cost, timeline, and quality, with a focus on contractual terms during planning and execution.
• Coordinate railway-specific trades in planning and execution, and support engineering firms in cross-trade planning.
• Develop analyses, countermeasures, and action scenarios for project leadership in case of deviations or target risks.
• Manage interfaces between planning, execution, and documentation.
• Obtain all necessary permits for the project.
• Coordinate and manage the timely submission of relevant documents for commissioning.
• Assess contract and additional claims and develop appropriate solutions.
• Maintain routine information and reporting on performance and timeline development, actively tracking critical action areas.
• Share expertise within the team and build knowledge management.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed studies in engineering, infrastructure management, or project management.
• Alternatively, equivalent qualifications with proven expertise and several years of professional experience.
• Project management knowledge, ideally with relevant certification.
• Experience in infrastructure construction, interface management, and knowledge of contract law (e.g., HOAI, VOB).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork, high degree of independence, and a goal-oriented work approach.
