- Design and develop turbine components and systems
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of turbines
- Support installation and commissioning of turbine systems
- Perform root cause analysis of turbine failures
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Participate in R&D for new turbine technologies
- Use simulation tools for thermal and fluid analysis
- Provide technical support during maintenance and upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in turbine engineering
- Proficiency in CAD and simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS)
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics
- Experience with gas, steam, or wind turbines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
