Maintain Technology is Australia's specialist consulting force for enterprise systems and technology, trusted across government, mining and defence. We're hiring a Business Analyst to turn complex business needs into clear requirements and better ways of working - delivering measurable outcomes across technology, ERP/SAP, digital transformation, process improvement and emerging AI.

What you'll do

• Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
• Engage and manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Map, model and analyse current- and future-state business processes
• Identify and drive business process improvement opportunities
• Produce clear documentation - requirements, process maps, specifications and user stories
• Support technology, ERP/SAP and digital transformation initiatives
• Identify automation opportunities and support their delivery
• Contribute to AI opportunity identification and assessment work, where relevant

Requirements What we're looking for

Must have

• Demonstrated Business Analysis experience
• Strong requirements gathering and requirements analysis
• Stakeholder management and engagement
• Business process analysis and structured problem-solving

Highly valued

• SAP / ERP experience
• ARIS or other business process modelling (e.g.BPMN)
• Digital and technology transformation
• Data analysis and analytics
• Automation
• AI / AI assessment
• Change and transformation

What will set you apart

• Delivery across multiple industries or complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Hands-on ERP/SAP implementation or optimisation experience
• Enterprise process modelling capability (ARIS, BPMN)
• A track record of turning analysis into measurable business improvement
• Exposure to AI, automation or intelligent-process opportunities
• Relevant certifications (e.g.CBAP, Agile/Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma) - valued, not required
