product lifecycle management, demand management, forecasting, sales and operations planning, business intelligence, security compliance, and financial alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize automation assays to enable robust and efficient high-quality data generation for high-throughput cell-based assays Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems (e.g. liquid handlers like Bravo, Assist Plus, Mantis) and flow cytometry instrumentation Perform daily QC, maintenance, and troubleshooting of flow cytometry instruments Perform aseptic cell culture of adherent & suspension cell lines Conduct aseptic cell culture techniques for adherent and suspension cell lines Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver key project milestones Manage laboratory and cell line inventory, equipment, and relevant software (Benchling, MS Office Present findings effectively in team meetings

Education and Experience:

B.S. degree with 6 months to 1 year of experience, M.S. degree with 0 years of experience in biology-related field or in molecular biology, immunology, or cell biology is required

Preferred Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of automated liquid handling systems
Basic knowledge of flow cytometry principles and applications
Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture (suspension and adherent)
Self-motivated, organized, and strong team collaboration skills
Ownership mindset and eagerness to take on additional responsibilities
