Senior Project Architect

A boutique architecture practice renowned for delivering bespoke luxury homes and high-end multi-residential developments is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join its close-knit team.

With a strong reputation for exceptional design and meticulous project delivery, this practice works on beautifully crafted residences and boutique multi-residential projects from concept through to completion.

This is an opportunity to play a key role within a collaborative studio where quality is valued over quantity, and every project receives a high level of design attention.

We're looking for a Senior Architect with a strong design eye, excellent technical delivery skills and the ability to confidently lead projects through every stage. This is a hands on role where you'll work closely with directors, consultants and clients to deliver outstanding architectural outcomes.

The Role

• Lead luxury residential and boutique multi-residential projects from concept through to construction
• Develop thoughtful design solutions and oversee project delivery
• Produce and manage high-quality documentation in Revit
• Coordinate consultants and manage project timelines
• Liaise directly with clients, builders and local authorities
• Attend site meetings and oversee projects during construction
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the studio's collaborative culture

What We're Looking For

• Registered Architect with 5+ years' local experience
• Proven experience delivering luxury residential and boutique multi-residential projects
• A strong design eye with a passion for high-quality architecture
• Excellent technical documentation and project delivery experience
• Advanced Revit skills are essential
• Strong knowledge of the NCC and Australian construction standards
• Outstanding communication and client management skills
• Ability to lead projects autonomously from design through to completion
