Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in internal audit, operational risk, consulting, or a related field
• Experience supporting operational, technology, or data-driven audits within large, complex, global organizations
• Strong expertise in risk and controls assessment, process analysis, and documentation.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
