Job Description

🚨 Urgent Requirement – Data Lead / Senior Data Engineer
Client: Mphasis
Location: Charlotte, NC / Chicago, IL – Hybrid
Duration: Long Term

Experience: 12–15 Years ONLY – otherwise screen reject
Priority: Local candidates only
Role: Backfill – Strong hands-on candidates required
Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced Python / PySpark – ETL/ELT development
  • AWS Glue
  • AWS Airflow / MWAA
  • Snowflake – SnowSQL & Performance Tuning
  • AWS: S3, IAM
  • Advanced SQL
  • JIRA / Agile-Scrum
  • Strong hands-on development and technical leadership experience
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Lead technical development and perform code reviews
  • Manage Airflow/MWAA workflows and AWS services
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support Data Operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Mentor developers and contribute to technical roadmap
📌 Important: Please submit only local candidates with 12–15 years of total experience and strong hands-on experience in PySpark/Python, AWS Glue, Airflow/MWAA, and Snowflake.
