The Role

• Provide medical and psychotherapeutic treatment for pediatric and adolescent patients in child and adolescent psychiatry, adhering to current treatment guidelines.
• Manage a broad spectrum of child and adolescent psychiatric disorders.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Engage in scientific work, pursue personal research projects, and participate in national and international conferences.
• Contribute to establishing and developing a new specialized unit for patients aged 12-18.

What You'll Need

• Completed medical degree with full licensure (Approbation).
• Interest in, and preferably initial experience with, behavioral therapy and medical treatment of psychiatric patients.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and collaborative skills.
• A proactive approach to patient care and team dynamics.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
