• Software development experience with modern languages/frameworks
• Develop features on a cloud-native AWS stack
• Experience with unit/integration testing, code reviews & CI/CD
• Familiarity with AWS, Git/version control and automation
• Knowledge of secure coding and accessibility standards
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools preferred
