The Role

• Lead system administration for Linux and Windows-based systems in secure, mission-critical environments.
• Architect, manage, and optimize complex server, storage, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Perform OS installation, configuration, hardening, and patching in compliance with security standards.
• Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Oversee and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure as code.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and troubleshoot escalated user issues.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience.
• Current Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CASP+, CISSP).
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration, virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM), and automation tools (Ansible, Bash, PowerShell).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government) and hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with STIG compliance, system hardening, and RMF processes.
