8+ years of enterprise IAM Architecture experience
Strong expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
Experience designing IAM environments from the ground up
Deep understanding of identity provisioning workflows and automation
Ability to troubleshoot provisioning failures and synchronization issues
Experience building IAM modernization roadmaps and governance strategies
Strong architecture and hands-on technical capabilities
Experience supporting complex identity scenarios including rehires, role changes, dual identities, and duplicate accounts
