Day-to-day responsibilities
Roughly 50% meetings and 50% independent work
Prepare slides, meeting recaps, follow-up emails, and communications
Support team meetings, all-hands, strategic initiatives, and process documentation
Coordinate multiple projects at once
Work with up to ~5 core stakeholders day to day, with occasional broader team facilitation

This contractor will support Business Excellence & Operations for the Patient Health Innovation (PHI) team, driving disciplined execution, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment. This role will help ensure strategic priorities are translated into clear action plans, measurable outcomes, and timely follow-through. The individual will support executive decision-making by preparing leadership materials, leading strategic initiatives, tracking key deliverables, identifying risks and dependencies, and coordinating across teams to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
Key responsibilities
Support senior leadership in coordinating strategic initiatives and business excellence priorities
Track and enable team action items, deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics
Prepare executive-level updates, presentations, and status reporting
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication, including with PHI and across our broader Commercial Excellence & Innovation (CEI) department
Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead process improvement initiatives, including opportunities for AI enablement within our work
Help drive operational discipline, accountability, and execution excellence
Support special projects and ad hoc leadership requests
Manage key PHI team meetings and shared operating files
