🚨 Hiring: Lead ML Engineer (10+ Years) 🚨
We are looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to drive the design and implementation of enterprise-scale ML solutions for a high-impact client engagement.
📍 Location: Boston, MA or New York City, NY

What You’ll Do
• Own and design end-to-end ML system architecture
• Build and optimize recommendation engines and predictive models
• Lead the transition of ML models from prototype to production
• Translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentor delivery teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions
Must-Have Skills
✔ 10+ years of Machine Learning / Data Science experience
✔ Production-grade ML system design and deployment
✔ Recommendation engines and predictive modeling
✔ Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
Tech Stack
Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM), SQL, Snowflake, Azure Machine Learning, GitHub, Docker
PyTorch is a plus.
Nice to Have
• Optimization / Operations Research background
• Experience in Utilities or other highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and modern data architectures
