Job Description


We are a leading SaaS company revolutionizing the childcare software industry with our innovative solutions. Our software is used by preschools, childcare centers, and enterprise childcare chains worldwide.


We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our presence in the USA market.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients in the USA market through email, calls, and LinkedIn.

Product Demos: Conduct high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospects.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and campaigns.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and interest in our software solutions.


Required Qualifications


Communication and Engagement Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to engage the prospects.

SaaS Experience: Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions in the US market.

US Sales Expertise: Familiarity with the USA market, including sales techniques, customer behavior, and business etiquette.

Tools: Expertise with Prospecting and Enrichment Tools like Apollo, Clay, Dripify, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

Demo Experience: Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demos and articulate the value proposition effectively.

CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Night Shift: Comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours.

Target-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.


Preferred Qualifications


• Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus.

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
