Job Description

Senior Associate -Corporate Restructuring & Turnaround Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze historical financials, cash flow performance, and capital structures
  • Support the development and upkeep of financial models including projections, liquidity analysis, and valuation scenarios
  • Assist in evaluating operating performance by identifying key trends and drivers impacting financial health and recoveries
  • Contribute to restructuring situations, including both out-of-court solutions and in-court processes
  • Conduct financial diligence and investigative work across incomplete or unstructured data sets
  • Provide support on dispute-related matters, including financial analysis and preparation of supporting materials
  • Help translate analytical findings into clear, structured outputs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage individual workstreams and deliverables within tight timelines
  • Assist with broader team initiatives and ad hoc projects as needed

Senior Associate -Corporate Restructuring & Turnaround Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Progress toward a CPA or an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial advisory, accounting, transaction services, valuation, consulting, or related areas
  • Exposure to complex financial analysis, special situations, or performance improvement work preferred
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
