20+ years of experience with Cisco products including Cisco CallManager, Cisco Unity, Cisco CUPS, NICE Voice Recording, Cisco Contact Center Enterprise, Cisco Contact Center Express, Cisco CVP, Cisco TMS, Cisco VCS, Cisco Conductor, Cisco WAFS, Distributed Sniffer, Cisco IOS, Calabrio Voice Recording. Well experienced with IVR, Scripting with exposure to Google Voice and Collaboration.
