Director of Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap.
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
• Lead cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, collaboration technologies, and business applications.
• Drive digital transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Establish and improve data governance, reporting, and information management practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and responsible AI opportunities.
• Manage technology vendors, service providers, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and manage IT budgets and technology investment plans.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team.
• Promote IT governance, security, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing technical teams.
• Experience developing enterprise technology strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Strong background in:
