Workday QA Lead

Project Role: Workday QA Lead (Automation Testing)

Location – Holmdel, NJ (Minimum 3 days onsite is mandatory from day 1)

Summary: Seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with 10+ years of experience in Workday Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Selenium, Java along with proven experience leading QA teams, building automation frameworks, validating business processes on Workday platform and driving quality initiatives in Agile environments.

Project Role Description: Lead the Quality Assurance process for Workday platform by driving both Manual and Automation Testing initiatives. Responsible for defining QA strategy, ensuring product quality, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead end-to-end QA activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting.

-Drive both Manual Testing and Automation Testing strategies.

-Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks.

-Lead testing efforts for Workday implementations, enhancements, and integrations.

-Mentor QA team members and establish testing best practices.

-Collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure high-quality releases.

-Track defects, risks, and quality metrics throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills & Experience:

-10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.

-Experience testing Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, or Integrations.

-Strong understanding of end-to-end business process validation within the Workday platform.

-Hands-on experience with test planning, estimation, and reporting.

-Expertise in building automation solutions using Selenium and Java(Programming Language)

-Experience leading QA teams and driving automation initiatives.

-Strong knowledge of API testing, Git, Maven and Agile methodologies.

-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
