The Role

• Conduct vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume operational responsibility for technical matters, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Provide exceptional customer service from order intake through to vehicle return.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling of incoming orders.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are implemented, manage inventory, and maintain audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed trade apprenticeship with several years of professional experience, ideally as a master automotive technician, automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or bodywork mechanic.
• Willingness to complete the required skilled worker examination or already possess the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and proficiency in PC use and administrative tasks.
• Excellent customer and service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and in a trusting, collaborative manner.
