JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're looking to bring on an Industrial Engineer to support our manufacturing operations on-site and would like to request a quote for a full-time resource (40 hours per week) at our Pasadena facility.

Ideally, we're looking for an Industrial Engineer with 5 8 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in a custom manufacturing or engineer-to-order (ETO) environment. The candidate should have a strong background in Lean manufacturing, process improvement, value stream mapping, time studies, workflow analysis, and implementing measurable operational improvements.

The primary focus of this role will be to:

• Conduct time studies and workflow analysis.
• Map current-state manufacturing processes and value streams.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and throughput.
• Improve plant layout, workstation design, and material flow.
• Develop standardized work instructions and visual management tools.
• Lead and support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Measure and validate the results of implemented improvements.

This individual will work closely with our Director of Manufacturing Systems & Operations and Operations leadership to help build scalable manufacturing processes that support our continued growth.
