Location: Stevens Point, WI (100% Onsite)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to provide onsite IT support for a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in desktop support, Microsoft technologies, Cisco networking, and end-user support. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Mandatory Skills
  • 5+ years of End User Computing (EUC) / Desktop Support experience
  • Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Active Directory (AD) & Azure AD
  • Desktop/Laptop hardware support (Dell/HP)
  • Printer, scanner, and peripheral support
  • ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
  • Cisco networking experience
  • Network troubleshooting (Switches, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
Preferred Skills
  • CCNA certification (preferred)
  • Cisco Meraki/Catalyst
  • Intune & Windows Autopilot
  • SCCM/MECM
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Manufacturing/Plant IT support experience
  • Barcode/Label printer support
