Sr. Azure Infrastructure Engineer

• Extensive, handson experience with Azure services, Terraform IaC, cloud infrastructure design, security best practices, governance, and operational management

• Confidence in communicating technical recommendations, risks, and strategies to management and executive leadership

Core Responsibilities & Required Experience:

• Provide expert guidance on the design, implementation, configuration, and governance of Azure resources, networking, and security policies
• Implement, maintain, and monitor missioncritical cloud resources in a large enterprise environment
• Manage and optimize enterprise backup and disaster recovery operations, ensuring reliability and continuity
• Plan, lead, and execute cloud migration initiatives, including moving workloads from onpremises to Azure
• In-depth experience working with other areas of IT such as architecture, security, development, and governance.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for production applications and infrastructure
• Utilize security tools such as Tenable to manage vulnerability remediation and improve security posture
• Build meaningful observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Workbooks, Alerts, and related tooling
• Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery (DR) strategies to minimize downtime and protect critical data
• Demonstrate strong networking knowledge, including OSI model concepts, core network protocols, and networklevel troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

• Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar
• Networking certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or equivalent
