SC Cleared DevOps Engineer (EKS AWS)

Hays are now looking for an SC Cleared DevOps Engineer (EKS, AWS) for one of our local clients: £420 p/d Inside IR35<br />Remote<br />SC Clearance required We're looking for a hands-on AWS DevOps Engineer to build, automate and support highly available cloud platforms and Kubernetes environments.

You'll work across infrastructure, CI/CD, observability and platform modernisation, helping teams deliver secure and scalable microservices-based applications. [Ivana Pavi...gineer AWS | Word], What you'll be doing Managing AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible<br />Operating and improving Kubernetes (EKS) platforms<br />Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI<br />Containerising and deploying applications with Docker and Helm<br />Implementing monitoring, alerting and logging using Prometheus and Grafana<br />Supporting microservices-based environments and platform modernisation initiatives<br />Driving automation, infrastructure as code and DevSecOps best practices<br />Providing incident response, RCA and production support for critical services<br />What we're looking for Strong AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC)<br />Kubernetes (EKS), Docker and Helm<br />Terraform and Ansible<br />GitLab CI/CD and Git<br />Prometheus and Grafana<br />Kafka and relational/non-relational databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)<br />Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu)<br />Experience supporting highly available production platforms and microservices architectures<br />Understanding of PKI, secrets management and IAM security controls<br />If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or send an up to date CV to Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
