We are seeking a motivated Team Lead for our service operations, joining a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement across Germany. With an extensive network of service centers and mobile units, we are dedicated to delivering safety, reliability, and the highest quality standards.

The Role

• Lead a team of service technicians, overseeing vehicle glass repair and replacement, including ADAS calibration.
• Act as the on-site operational manager, ensuring technical standards, daily planning, and adherence to company protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
• Manage administrative tasks including invoicing, handling customer funds, and order processing.
• Implement quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit readiness.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with experience as a vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undergo or possession of a relevant operational management certification (e.g., HWK).
• Valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and proficiency in PC applications.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication abilities.
• A collaborative spirit, ability to work independently, and a commitment to teamwork.
