Job Description

We are seeking a Distinguished AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience in AI/ML and software engineering to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale Generative AI, LLM, and Machine Learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Develop LLM, RAG, AI Agent, NLP, and deep learning applications.
• Build and deploy production-grade AI solutions using cloud platforms.
• Drive MLOps/LLMOps, model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor senior engineers.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of AI/ML, software engineering, or related experience.
• Strong Python and Machine Learning/Deep Learning expertise.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and model deployment.
• Excellent architecture, system design, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Agentic AI, multimodal AI, fine-tuning, and LLM evaluation.
• Enterprise-scale AI transformation experience.
• Financial services/banking experience is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field preferred.
