Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in New Albany, OH that is seeking a NOC Analyst I.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and support of the store WAN infrastructure (1,100 stores, domestic and international offices)
Function as a Jr. Incident Manager in support of high priority incidents
Monitoring and support for store and corporate office network hardware (Domestically and Internationally)
Monitoring and support of core applications
Monitoring and support of the wireless network, SAN and VOIP systems
Monitoring and incident management of A&F Data Centers, Labs, Storage Facilities, and Disaster Recovery Facilities

REQUIREMENTS:

4 year degree in an IT related field, preferred
Experience with Windows OS
Familiarity with Linux based systems and hardware
Must be able to communicate effectively with highly technical associates and executives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
