  • Partner with Marketing teams to design and deliver tailored communications for partners, sellers, and internal teams affected by program consolidation
  • Partner with Engagement teams to build feedback loops to surface partner and stakeholder concerns early and route them to the right owners
  • Identify transition risks (partner attrition, revenue disruption, systems gaps) and build mitigation plans
  • Partner with training, enablement, and support teams to ensure internal and partner facing readiness ahead of each migration wave
  • Track and report on migration health, adoption, and risk status to leadership
  • Establish repeatable playbooks, templates, and governance processes to standardize future program migrations
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to build dashboards tracking migration progress and program health

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6+ years of experience in change management, program/project management, or GTM operations, ideally supporting large-scale organizational or system transitions

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated success facilitating and driving senior leadership forums (SteerCo, business reviews, decision forums)
  • Deep stakeholder management skills across GTM, product, legal, finance, and partner facing teams
  • Strong ability to synthesize ambiguous, cross-functional information into clear, structured recommendations for executive audiences
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred
  • Bonus: experience with partner/channel programs, PRM systems, or B2B SaaS platform ecosystems
