Territory Manager

Painters Supply and Equipment seeks a Territory Manager to grow sales of automotive and industrial coatings within an assigned region. In this field-based role, you will develop new business, manage key accounts, and execute strategic sales plans focused on collision, fleet, and OEM customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, product demonstrations, pricing and negotiations, and sales forecasting while collaborating with technical and inside sales teams. You'll represent innovative coatings solutions, provide customer-focused support, and contribute to a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and performance-driven success.
