ServiceNow Business Analyst
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and enterprise workflows.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements for development teams.
Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog refinement, UAT, and stakeholder alignment throughout the ServiceNow delivery lifecycle.
Drive process optimization using ServiceNow capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, ServiceNow architects, developers, and support teams to ensure scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes.
