6 to 12 months contract

Role Summary

Active Directory (AD) Admin/Operator to support day-to-day operations, configuration, patching, documentation, and incident management across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining secure, stable, and highly available directory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational support for Active Directory and related identity platforms.
• Configure, manage, and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
• Execute patching, upgrades, and security hardening of AD infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service outages, and performance issues.
• Monitor AD health, replication, and domain controller performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Support user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and RBAC.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.
