Job Description

A rapidly growing, client-focused wealth advisory firm is looking to add an Associate Director to their Madison, WI team. This is an opportunity to step into a next-level advisory role, supporting high-net-worth clients while beginning to take ownership of client relationships.


ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with senior advisors to support and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Participate in and help lead client and prospect meetings
  • Develop and deliver financial planning recommendations using tools like eMoney
  • Prepare and present investment portfolio analysis and related financial materials
  • Begin managing a segment of client relationships independently over time
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Support compliance processes and uphold best practices

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in wealth management, RIA, or financial advisory
  • Active Series 65 (or equivalent)
  • CFP required
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • $100,000K salary + 15% bonus
