Quality Business Partner 12 Month Fixed Term - Parental Leave Cover

As part of our Quality team, you'll help shape how we manage quality systems, strengthen governance and continuously improve our processes, systems and ways of working.

Supporting our business management systems documentation development and maintenance.

We're looking for a detail-focused Quality Business Partner join Nationwide Group on a 12-month parental leave contract. In this role you'll work with stakeholders across the business to develop and maintain documentation to Quality System requirements, ensuring business information is accurate, up to date and easy for teams to access and use.

This is a hands on coordination role where you'll support documentation development, version control, system administration and process consistency across the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop,maintain and update business documentation,utilise Qualitytemplates andpreserve records.
  • Manage documentsocialisation,approvalscontrol processes includingandversion control.
  • Administer and maintain SharePointcontent, including site page design and creation, contentmanagement,as well as documentation storage and accessibility.
  • Assist with preparing and maintainingbusinessrecords for audits and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate updates to Quality systemdocumentation,including policy, processes and support documentsacross the business.
  • Support stakeholders to ensure consistent use ofdocumentationtemplates,application of content business rules and effective use of technologysystems.
About you
  • Experience inquality systemadministration, coordination or document control roles.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus oninformationaccuracy and consistency.
  • Experience in managingcontrolleddocuments,applying Quality systemtemplates andpreservingrecords in a business environment.
  • Strong organisational skills,with the ability to manage multipledocumentationrequests, updates and deadlines.
  • Confident working with stakeholdersat all levels of the organisationand following structuredsystemprocesses.
  • Strong communicationand collaborationskills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft365, especially MS SharePoint, MS Word and MS Teams.
  • Experience with MS SharePoint or document management systems.
  • Exposure toISO 9001 management systems andoperational compliance.
