The Role • Develop custom software solutions as part of an Agile development team. • Configure, analyze, develop, maintain, and refactor program code to support business functions and minimize technical debt. • Collaborate on application development using Java, Spring Framework, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. • Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving for assigned applications and projects. • Ensure successful and efficient integration between applications. • Document key work and stay current with technological advancements. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience. • 2+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Bootstrap, Hibernate, HTML5, and Web Services. • 2+ years of experience with JavaScript and HTML5 development. • Intermediate SQL skills and demonstrable experience in software development with Java. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience with version control systems like Git. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
