Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Employee Central, HR business processes, and integrations with SAP and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain Employee Central modules based on business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.
• Manage Employee Data, Position Management, Organizational Management, and Time Off integrations.
• Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Support Data Models (Corporate, Succession, Country-Specific).
• Perform data migration using Import/Export templates.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver business solutions.
• Support integration with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, CPI/BTP, and third-party applications.
• Execute Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.
• Participate in release management and system upgrades.
