Onsite Workplace Services Coordinator - Melbourne

AGL Energy in Melbourne seeks a proactive Workplace Services Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, coach and guide team members, and ensure the Melbourne office runs smoothly. This onsite role reports to the Workplace Services Manager and collaborates with the Property & Security Services teams.

You will deliver training to new representatives, lead and escalate issues locally, and help identify improvements to internal processes while supporting remote sites as needed.
