Description

8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise environments, delivering production-grade solutions with strong reliability and performance. Strong Python and data engineering expertise: - Hands-on with Databricks (core requirement) - Experience building PySpark pipelines, notebooks, and data processing workflows - Ability to design and implement scalable data solutions supporting transaction monitoring systems Solid data engineering and systems design capability: - Strong logic, problem-solving, and ability to design efficient data flows - Experience working with complex data transformations and rule-based systems - Comfortable working across upstream/downstream dependencies in integrated environments Secondary Skills: Experience working in banking / AML / transaction monitoring environment: - Exposure to trade surveillance or AML monitoring systems - Understanding of controls, compliance, or regulatory-driven platforms
