Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Logistics)

Location: Natomas, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday with rotating weekend schedule and overtime as needed
Shifts Available:

Morning Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30/2:00 PM

Swing Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates for a busy shipping and logistics company in Natomas. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are comfortable working flexible schedules, including rotating weekends and overtime when business demands.

Warehouse Associate Highlights:

• Process inbound and outbound freight efficiently and accurately
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory and process orders
• Verify shipments and complete required shipping documentation
• Look up work orders and inventory using warehouse computer systems
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

What We Look For:

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Experience using RF scanners
• Previous forklift certification required (company will re-certify)
• Computer skills with the ability to navigate warehouse management systems
• Experience processing freight, staging materials, and loading/unloading trucks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work rotating weekends and overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
