Senior Software Engineer - B2B

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality front-end features using React and TypeScript
• Refactor legacy or complex areas of the codebase
• Identify and fix issues across the stack
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers
• Provide thoughtful code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Help shape the technical direction of the team through practical suggestions
• Contribute to improving front-end developer experience and tools

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands on experience building front end applications with React and TypeScript
• Preferred minimum Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, SW, CE, MIS; or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in existing systems and enjoy simplifying code, refactoring, and untangling complexity
• Comfortable communicating technical details to both engineers and non engineers
• Ownership of outcomes and commitment to high standards of reliability
• Enjoy mentoring and supporting others
• Stay up to date with modern tools and approaches without being dogmatic
