People Operations Manager

Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead HR operations for our growing, family-owned commercial pest management company. In this role, you will oversee core HR processes-HRIS, benefits, payroll coordination, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations-for field and office teams across the Western U.S. You'll partner with leaders to support performance management, safety and compliance, and training initiatives while reinforcing Sprague's family-rooted, service-focused, and science-driven culture. This role offers room to build scalable HR practices, influence organizational growth, and support environmentally responsible pest prevention.
