.NET / AWS LEAD

LOCATION – San Diego, CA

Rate: Market Rate

Responsibilities

• Thought leadership for system design using Domain Driven Design techniques.
• Develop and maintain software products used by Advisors and Investors.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product support.
• Work with team members and product owners to translate business problem statements into technical solutions, then help to plan Sprints that deliver quality demonstrations.
• Collaborate with business partners, Architects, Quality Assurance, Release Management, and the Change Control board to plan, design, develop, and implement solutions based on business requirements.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional hands-on experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and services in .NET
• 2+ years of software development experience with the AWS platform
• 2+ years of working with Docker and Kubernetes
• 2+ years of experience with test automation
• 2+ years of experience with Engineering Team Leadership

Preferences:

• Experience in developing cross-functional systems.
• AWS Certification for Developer and Solution Architect Associate.
  Experience with Github, or other version control tools
• Experience integrating with REST and/or other services
• Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of relational databases and data models
• DevOps automation skills including scripting and GitHub Actions.
