Job title: Industrial Automation Engineer

 Job location: San Diego, CA

Fulltime

 NO OPT and H1B

Must-haves:

  • 7+ years of PLC programming experience, with strong focus on Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 / Structured Text
  • Multi-axis motion control — this is the core of the role
  • Has worked with messy, inherited PLC code before — not just greenfield projects
  • Bay Area or San Diego based, or willing to relocate — this is on-site

Nice to have:

  • Consumer electronics or high-volume manufacturing background
  • Experience with collaborative robots on the factory floor
  • Any exposure to code management or governance practices for PLC environments
