Hiring: Technical Product Owner

📍 Location: Whippany, NJ 07981

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite (Local Candidates Only)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile product management, stakeholder management, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams on architecture discussions and implementation decisions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical trade-offs effectively.
• Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product delivery.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
