Principal Engineer, Application Development

Responsibilities ??:

Implement segment strategy and translate into sales by working with customers and other commercial and technical peers.
Accountable for development and acquisition of new application and projects in these markets in China
Accountable for building of these markets' project pipeline
Accountable for the specification of our products at the OEM or the respective value chain.

Qualifications ??:

At least 5 years in Rubber & plastic industry on consumer and industrial market in commercial or technical supporting function
Technical / scientific education Bachelor and above
Strong personality with authenticity who can add authority in discussions with customers etc.
Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve new problems, explore new applications and business opportunities.
Written & oral English should be workable
Business understanding
Deep knowledge of engineering resins related applications , markets and customers
Strategic thinking and Excellent Communication skills along with proficiency in basic computer skills
