Job Description
As a Support Coordinator you will provide person centred NDIS support coordination to participants of all ages and backgrounds. Your role will help people understand and use their NDIS plans, connect with suitable providers and community supports and build confidence in managing their own supports over time.
Working from a "do with, not for" approach you will support participants to make informed choices and strengthen their capacity to work towards their goals. You will work with participants, families, carers and providers to support safe, practical and effective plan implementation.

You bring a strong commitment to cultural safety and inclusion, especially when working with diverse communities, including LGBTIQA+ people and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
You are confident using Microsoft Office and cloud based systems to document your work and report on the services you provide. You understand the importance of accurate records, clear communication and following organisational processes.
You work with integrity and transparency, building positive relationships with participants, service providers and community organisations. You care about helping people build confidence, make informed choices and work towards greater independence.
You will have:- A South Australian Driver's Licence
- Current DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Police Clearence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
