About the Role

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of healthcare clients across Australia. Through proactive relationship management, customer engagement, and solution-based selling, you'll help customers achieve value from their Telstra Health solutions while driving retention, renewals, and growth opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients across Australia.
• Build trusted customer relationships that drive retention and long-term value.
• Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Achieve sales, retention, and customer experience targets.
• Deliver product demonstrations and solution-based customer conversations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support client success.
• Monitor market trends and share customer insights to influence business outcomes.
• Represent Telstra Health at customer and industry events.

About You

• 2+ years' experience in customer success, client management, or account management.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, retention, or customer growth targets.
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and telephone skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and influence positive customer outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
• Salesforce experience is desirable.
• Healthcare, health technology, software, or SaaS experience is highly regarded.
