With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth within the mission-critical sector, we are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support the delivery of a major Data Centre project.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business and play a key role in delivering a technically challenging, high-value mechanical package while working closely with operational teams, clients, consultants and specialist subcontractors.

The Role<br />As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will take ownership of a key mechanical package on a major Data Centre development.

Reporting into an experienced Project Director and supported by a dedicated, site-based Operations Director, you will work as part of a wider delivery team alongside other Mechanical Project Managers, Engineers and specialist subcontractors.

You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of mechanical installation works from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring packages are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.<br />The role will involve managing a range of complex mechanical systems, including ductwork, air systems, HVAC, ventilation and other mixed-use mechanical packages, working closely with internal teams and supply chain partners to achieve successful project delivery.

You will lead mechanical delivery activities, coordinate subcontractors, manage technical queries and ensure all mechanical systems are installed, tested and commissioned in line with project specifications and client requirements.
