Job Description

Physical Therapist | Orthopedic Outpatient | Winchester, VA

Winchester, VA | Full-Time | $100,000–$110,000/year

We’re hiring an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for an orthopedic outpatient office in Winchester, Virginia.

This is a Monday–Friday position with regular daytime hours and an expected schedule of 1–2 patients per hour. You’ll work with patients who need physical therapy after surgery, injury, or other musculoskeletal conditions that have affected their strength, mobility, or ability to stay active.

The work is straightforward: assess what the patient needs, provide the right treatment, and make changes as they improve.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $100K–$110K per year, depending on experience
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Create appropriate plans of care based on examination findings
  • Provide therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation
  • Work on strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance
  • Perform manual therapy when indicated
  • Recheck patient progress and modify treatment when needed
  • Educate patients on exercises they can safely continue at home
  • Complete treatment notes and progress documentation
  • Current Physical Therapist license
  • DPT or MSPT degree
  • Previous outpatient physical therapy experience
  • Experience working with orthopedic patients
